Shipping & Handling

  • Our normal order processing time is one to five business days. From November 22nd through January 1st, our order processing time could be five or more business days.
  • Orders with backordered item(s) may exceed our normal processing time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm (EST) may/will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business day for processing orders are Monday through Friday excluding US holidays.
  • Wilbur® Chocolate ships all packages via FedEx®. FedEx® will not deliver to P.O. or APO Boxes.
  • Each Ship To address requires separate shipping charges. The shipper is responsible for paying all associated actual shipping charges.

Standard Shipping

  • FedEx is our primary shipping provider. Packages will be sent FedEx Ground® or FedEx Home Delivery®. However, we could use other providers at any time.
  • FedEx Ground® option should only be used for shipments delivering to a commercial/business address. FedEx Ground® shipments will deliver between Monday and Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not included in the transit time.
    FedEx Home Delivery® option should only be used for shipments delivering to a residential address. FedEx Home Delivery® shipments can deliver 7 days a week. Additional handling charges for Saturday or Sunday delivery could apply
  • Refer to Shipping Table for Standard Delivery Charge.
  • Gel ice packs are available to order for an additional $5.00 (estimated effectiveness 18-20 hours).

FedEx Express® Delivery

  • Priority Overnight® (Add $25.00 to Standard Delivery Charge.) Priority Overnight® shipments will deliver between Monday and Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not included in the transit time.
  • 2nd Day Air® (Add $20.00 to Standard Delivery Charge.) 2nd Day Air® shipments will deliver between Monday and Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not included in the transit time.
  • 3rd Day Express Saver® (Add $15.00 to Standard Delivery Charge.) 3rd Day Express Saver® shipments will deliver between Monday and Friday. Saturday & Sunday are not included in the transit time.
  • Orders with backordered item(s) may exceed our normal processing time.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

  • Alaska and Hawaii deliveries are always shipped FedEx Priority Overnight®
  • An additional $45.00 must be added to Standard Delivery Charge.
  • Orders with backordered item(s) may exceed our normal processing time.

Canada Deliveries

  • Customers who want to ship packages into Canada, please call our Customer Service at 888-294-5287 to place your order and to get shipping information. We currently have a limited number of items that may be shipped to Canada.

Warm Weather Shipping

  • Our Special Packaging Option is suggested for orders shipped during warmer weather (75 degrees or warmer). This includes FedEx Overnight delivery (within the contiguous U.S.), one frozen gel ice pack (reusable), and our guarantee that your order arrives unmelted. (An additional $25.00 per package should be added to Standard Delivery Charge to cover the FedEx Overnight delivery charges and special packaging. Refer to Standard Delivery Charge listed below.) To select our Special Packaging Option, check the box in the Ship To column on the order form for each order you wish to ship with this option.
  • By not selecting the Special Packaging Option, you waive this option, and we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt during transit.
  • During the summer and warm months, we do not ship on Fridays.

Wilbur Chocolate Retail Shipping Return Policy

Wilbur Chocolate Retail does its best to offer our corporate gift giving customers, online customers, and call center customers the service they need for us to successfully process and ship gifts of the highest quality to you and/or your recipients.

For our Corporate order customers:

Wilbur Chocolate will provide to you, upon request, our electronic Corporate order data form. It is your responsibility to provide accurate data to Wilbur Chocolate.
Validated address information is required when submitting your client list to our team for processing. We do not validate your supplied customer data. (see return policy below as it also relates to your orders)

Online and call center customers:

It is the customers responsibility to provide Wilbur Chocolate with Valid ship to information when placing orders either through our website @ wilburbuds.com or by calling our toll-free number 1-888-294-5287 and speaking with a customer service agent.

Wilbur Chocolate Retail applies the following policy to product returns due to an invalid address:

Shipping charges will not be refunded as a result of any product(s) returned due to an invalid address or a refused delivery. The customer will be notified by Wilbur Chocolate Retail customer service and offered to reship the undamaged product(s) to a valid ship to address provided by the customer. Shipping charges will apply.
If the customer chooses not to reship the product(s), the items(s) will be discarded without refund.
If the product(s) are returned to us damaged, Wilbur Chocolate will offer to replace the damaged product(s) at a 10% discount. Shipping charges will apply.

Wilbur Chocolate Retail - General Product Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

The Wilbur Chocolate Store and Webstore is committed to providing safe, quality products for our customers.

Food, Cosmetics, Bath & Body Products
Apart from the one exception noted below, we will not accept any product returns. We will not offer a refund for any food, cosmetics, or bath and body products after the products leave our retail store or have been shipped.
We will process an exchange for these types of items if there is an identified food safety or quality concern with the purchased product. The exchange can be for the same product, provided we have availability of the product, or for a different product of equal value.

Other Products
All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for a product exchange, or a cash refund/credit card credit (based on the original payment type). The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
