Wilbur Chocolate Retail does its best to offer our corporate gift giving customers, online customers, and call center customers the service they need for us to successfully process and ship gifts of the highest quality to you and/or your recipients.
For our Corporate order customers:
Wilbur Chocolate will provide to you, upon request, our electronic Corporate order data form. It is your responsibility to provide accurate data to Wilbur Chocolate.
Validated address information is required when submitting your client list to our team for processing. We do not validate your supplied customer data. (see return policy below as it also relates to your orders)
Online and call center customers:
It is the customers responsibility to provide Wilbur Chocolate with Valid ship to information when placing orders either through our website @ wilburbuds.com or by calling our toll-free number 1-888-294-5287 and speaking with a customer service agent.
Wilbur Chocolate Retail applies the following policy to product returns due to an invalid address:
Shipping charges will not be refunded as a result of any product(s) returned due to an invalid address or a refused delivery. The customer will be notified by Wilbur Chocolate Retail customer service and offered to reship the undamaged product(s) to a valid ship to address provided by the customer. Shipping charges will apply.
If the customer chooses not to reship the product(s), the items(s) will be discarded without refund.
If the product(s) are returned to us damaged, Wilbur Chocolate will offer to replace the damaged product(s) at a 10% discount. Shipping charges will apply.
Wilbur Chocolate Retail - General Product Return Policy
The Wilbur Chocolate Store and Webstore is committed to providing safe, quality products for our customers.
Food, Cosmetics, Bath & Body Products
Apart from the one exception noted below, we will not accept any product returns. We will not offer a refund for any food, cosmetics, or bath and body products after the products leave our retail store or have been shipped.
We will process an exchange for these types of items if there is an identified food safety or quality concern with the purchased product. The exchange can be for the same product, provided we have availability of the product, or for a different product of equal value.
All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for a product exchange, or a cash refund/credit card credit (based on the original payment type). The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
