A block a year for at least a decade now

I purchase a block of this roughly once a year. I then cut it into chunks and bag it up, some to share, most to use. It is the perfect chocolate for dipping a strawberry. Or dipping anything. Pistachios are dreamy in this. Green grapes are a happy treat.
